Vendor Application Process:

It all starts with a Participation Request Form.

We send forms to everybody on the Vendor Email List.

Once sign-ups open, you can also pick one up in the store, or download it here.

 

We carefully review all applications to select the vendors that are the best fit for our Christmas Store.

While we love welcoming back many of our returning vendors each year, we also like to include new vendors to keep the shopping experience fresh. If you're new, we encourage you to apply! If demand is high, we may open an additional room to accommodate more vendors.

Once decisions are made, all applicants are notified by email. Accepted vendors will receive a Consignment Agreement to complete, while all others are automatically placed on our waitlist and contacted if space becomes available.

Vendor Information:

K&S does not charge for table space, instead we charge 20% commission on sales.

We handle all sales, so vendors don't have to be present.

​

Vendors may request their preferred table size based on their inventory and display needs.​ We'll do our best to accommodate table requests, but sizes cannot be guaranteed. We encourage vendors to request the space that best fits their inventory to create an attractive display.​

 

We provide item labels displaying the vendor name, price, a brief description, and a unique barcode used to track sales.

Vendors are paid by check bi-weekly and receive sales reports with each payment.​

​​

Vendor displays are located in a greenhouse with limited heat and occasional condensation. Please make sure your items can tolerate cooler temperatures and are protected from potential water droplets with suitable packaging or displays.
